ARMONK, New York—(March 7, 2012) Spitfire Management, LLC, announces a new offering to its client base: training videos covering the features and functions in the Spitfire Project Management System—its comprehensive browser-based construction project management software.
Spitfire Management considers the training of clients on its system to be of prime importance. New clients receive live training with an experienced instructor, and Spitfire has long offered web-based training classes to those clients who wish to brush up on a variety of topics. Starting in April, however, Spitfire will also offer a library of training videos that clients can watch as often as desired, free of charge.
“We recognize that, while some clients prefer live training so that they can have questions answered right then and there, other clients are comfortable reviewing information through videos,” says Dorothy McGovern, Vice President of Client Services at Spitfire Management. “The videos will be short, focused, and available at whatever time a client wants to watch them. They will become an additional source of training for our clients. The end goal is, as it has always been, to help our clients configure and use our system to their best advantage.”
The team of instructors at Spitfire is currently creating the library of videos, which will cover diverse topics from how to get started in the system and create projects and documents, to how to set up and use its financial tools, to how to take advantage of advanced workflows and processes. The videos will be easily accessible from Spitfire’s client website.
