We are looking for someone who is comfortable with both technology and people. If you are eager to learn, we are eager to train you to handle client support requests, the configuration of our system, and any number of small tasks that may come up. We all wear several hats and you would too. You will definitely learn and grow in this position. We strive to work together, helping each other as needed, all to keep our numerous clients happy.
As a Client Services Specialist, you would work closely with our Client Relations Manager to triage and process support emails, help users with their support issues, configure our project management system as required by clients, attend meetings and communicate effectively with our clients, and eventually help train our users, all from your home office. Must Haves:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience working with customers, clients or software users
- Problem-solving ability (and knowing when to solve and when to ask for help)
- Ability to both work independently and with a team via online collaboration tools
- Comfort with Microsoft Office applications, Windows application software, and Google Drive
- Ability and eagerness to learn new software applications
- Dedicated office space with high-speed, reliable Internet
Not required if you are willing to learn, but any of the following would be a bonus:
- Experience managing a project
- Knowledge of Project Cost Accounting or Financial Accounting fundamentals
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript or jQuery
- Experience with DropBox or DocuSign
- Experience with configuration of software
- Experience speaking to groups of people
Education/Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree plus some work experience past graduation
